In Detail
Entrance
A beautifully restored traditional Edinburgh stair takes you from Parliament Square to the entrance of the apartment on the top floor. The spacious entrance hall is in the heart of the apartment feeds off to the reception areas (2) dinning area kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms.
Reception Rooms
The apartment has 2 sumptuous lounges looking directly out to Edinburgh’s St Giles Cathedral (opposite the apartment) and overlooking Edinburgh’s Parliament Square, and the Royal Mile. Both lounges have open traditional fireplaces with real gas fires for winter warmth, ambience and convenience. Seating is provided by leather sofas for up to 12 people across both rooms. There are 2 double bed settees for extra or guest accommodation. The rooms are light, airy and spacious for entertaining or just relaxing in at the end of the days exploring. There is LCD Digital TV’S in both rooms with a large selection of games and DVD’s
Dinning Area
The dinning area is situated to the rear of the large main lounge with a spacious 8/10 seat dinning table.
Kitchen
The modern galley style kitchen is convenient located next to the dinning area and main lounge with second entrance from the reception hall for non-obtrusive access. The kitchen has all modern conveniences, including dish washer, large 5 ring gas hob with wok ring, electric oven, washer dryer, microwave, as well as standard appliances (kettle, family size toaster, iron, iron board).
Bedrooms
The 4 double bedrooms, quietly situated to the rear of the flat and off the main streets, have spectacular rooftop vistas over the south of the city, Arthurs Seat, Holyrood Park and the hills and coast of the Lothians beyond.
Master Bedroom & En Suite Bathroom
The master bedroom is spectacular in its size with king sized bed, spectacular views over the city centre to the coast, large dressing room area and luxurious en suite bathroom with a beautiful roll top bath and spa shower. LCD digital TV and hairdryer
Three Further Double Bedrooms
Three further spacious double bedrooms overlook the south of the city, and have the apartments 2nd bathroom conveniently near. LCD digital TV’s and hair drying facilities in both rooms.
